What we collect

When you upload a BOM (and optionally your own MSL template), we process it to generate your Material Summary List. We don't collect anything beyond that, except contact details you give us directly (e.g. an email, if you ask for a demo).

What we do with it

• Your file is read to generate your MSL, and nothing else.
• No AI model or third-party service ever sees your document. Extraction and formatting run on fixed, hand-written rules — not a language model, not an external API call.
• Your file and the generated output exist only for your session. Nothing is written to a database, and nothing survives after you leave.
• Never shared, never reused. Your data is never shown to another customer, never used to train any model, and never reused beyond generating your own output.

Security

• Traffic to this service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Because nothing is stored, there's nothing sitting at rest to protect beyond the lifetime of your own session.

Your document stays yours

We claim no rights over your BOM, your template, or their contents — before, during, or after processing.

Changes

If this changes (e.g. we start offering persistent storage for convenience), we'll say so here and tell you directly before it applies to your account.
